Online travel Booking website

I'm looking forward to setup online travel website like "expedia.com" that provide hotel booking,airlines,vacation packages.....etc, but I dont have the web design skills and I dont know how to start and how this online reservation works between customers and the "travel agency". Kindly provide me with further details and steps on how to design my website using which website builder and how can i setup and the online booking system for my website.
