Double payment for double bandwidth&diskspace

Is it allowed to pay double for double of bandwidth&diskspace for a single account?

We plan to establish a website to provide webmail service,
and it might need more and more bandwidth&diskspace according to the growth of customers.


By the way, for those forwarded emails, are they consuming bandwidth of the account purchased?

I am very it is not possible to provide an email service to the public
on shared hosting account on our servers.

What about email forwarding?
is there any restriction to email forwarding service?

Is the anti-spam function in cPanel could screen those forwarded email?

I am sorry the answer is still "no". We do not allow any type of public email service to be operated from our servers.
