If I would have an website hosted by you could I have a blog on the same website, not made at wordpress, blogspot etc. ? Like a normal page on it but with comments which needed approval to post, the date I post them, categories etc. ? .

No, but you can make your WordPress blog look like part of your website. If you go to www.vodahost.com you will see that it is built with WordPress. You can install WordPress very easily through your VodaHost control panel.
