Rejoining the Vodahost/BlueVoda community. Needs a few answers please

I am rejoining the BlueVoda/VodaHost community with my business. My questions 1: What do I need to download? I originally has BlueVoda with soho launch. I have purchased a new computer so none of the old files are available. 2: How long does it take to get the log-in information needed to start building the website?

1) bluevoda can be downloaded from here >>> www.bluevoda.com/setup.exe
2) All accounts are activated within 24 hours.
