Can you save a web page design for someone to look at in a format other than .bvp Iam needing to send one to a person to look at but they can not veiw .bvp format

Nope! Not until that page is Published to a VodaHost server (and then online, anyone can "view" it).
But you can take a screenshot of the unpublished ".bvp" page in PREVIEW and email them that image ....
