A tiny bit of info Please

I am an admin for a league and would like for the members to come to this site rather then the given site. The site I am doing is for the members so they can jump in tourneys and for the public to enjoy. Its absolutely free. I seek no monetary gain from anything on this site. I also would like to add how to pages for the public to know how to connect there league to there site. It will just be for fun. Is this possible on a daily basis, for my members to visit and jump in tourneys and post any messages in a forum I am setting up for info regarding my league???
