BlueVoda: edit CSS, link pages, etc.

I am new to using Blue Voda and ready made templates. I have downloaded and unzipped a template that has a CSS folder, and an Image folder. It also has a file called Index. The CSS folder has a file called Style and the Image folder has three images.. I have opened the index page using File/New Page/From Existing HTML Page and the page comes in on the left margin with no design to it. I am not sure how to proceed to use the template and make color changes, etc. to it since I can't see the actual design of how it actually looks. Bee bee

Using one of the ready made templates from Blue voda

I have downloaded the N6 ready made template and need help understanding how to open and edit that template. The video on using a template only talks about the image templates and not the free ready made templates. Bee bee

linking to other pages within the website

This is probably a really stupid questions but I have not yet published my pages because I am creating a website to replace an existing website and this is the first time I am using Blue Voda so bear with me. I have watched most of the videos so I get that, but I am still a gap in my understanding. I want to link my pages and the video says use the .html format--do I do that before the pages are published or do I have to wait until after the pages are published? Since I am replacing a website that is live, I will be switching over and everything needs to be working so I am not sure how to do this. Bee bee

Hi, all the hyperlinks must end with .html, when you publish the BlueVoda page it is converted to html.

This post, along with your previous posts, indicate you are very confused altogether on how to use BlueVoda, and the fact you cannot "incorporate" a Premium CSS Template for use in BlueVoda .... you need to choose between using BlueVoda or using the Premium Template as designed which requires you to use the software suggested in the details section (seen up-front before purchased) if you want to "customize" it entirely.

If you are having additional trouble understanding basic web-building concepts, you should assume BlueVoda as your primary web building tool and then make progress through the exhaustive Video Tutorials located here (see Tutorial #12 which explain how to link pages together), so that when studied with BlueVoda opened, you will best understand how to apply the methods and techniques -- whether you eventually go with BlueVoda or use Dreamweaver to "customize" your Template pack.
