Ok my Question is codeing a website doesn't work without it

My Question is ok you build a website useing your website builder.Then you have a heap of pages that don't really do anything. You need codeing to get them to do different functions.EG: Say I want to make an auction site something like ebay. Where do we get the codeing to make it work as I have no knowledge in writing that stuff. So isn't it so that we are just building a page with no function.

90% of all website would fall in to the category of "Business Card"
websites.

Most people do not require advanced functionality....

ie...
Databases
Style sheets
Java *****ts
Dynamic pages
etc...

But if you do. You have two and only two options.

1) Learn how to do it yourself
2) Get someone to do it for you
