Do I have to get permission from the sites I want to link to? How, unless it is written below photo, can you know if it is o.k. to copy and use? I have seen the exact photos and images on travel websites from different mayan tours here in Mexico that I had seen before.? How do you add spanish characters or accents?

Most photos are copyrighted, i suggest you get permission before you use them. Linking is no problem.
