Getting a forum

Sorry guys , I'm a little ( very ) vauge on most internet stuff but learn pretty quick.

I'm looking for an application such as the link provided

I would like put together or preferably get a similair forum such as the 1 above.

My hobby is PC related and having this sort of forum would assist in co-ordinating my gaming team.

Can you assist , preferably in a pre-made model ( very open to suggestions and am looking for something out of the box ).
