hello there. i wish to sign up for a blue voda account for three years which is costing me $194 and says it includes a free domain name on registration. Would i have to pay seperately for the domain name after a year. or $194 is inclusive of everything for three years.

Domains are free for the first year. After the first year you will be invoiced.
