Who owns webpage content?

I would like to know if I would own the webpage and its content or if VodaHost has any claims to any of it.

Avatar, maybe you can provide the link so the ICANN rules and rresponsibilities can be viewed. And....the US Patent office has a great section on protecting online content, images, etc.
