Outgoing Email Limits

I have a few questions please

1) Is there a limit to:
a) Outgoing Emails per hour and per day ? if there is what is the alternative if someone wants to send more than the limit at one time ( i have about 3701 subscribers for my news website ?
b) Support tickets ?

2) Can i host all my different websites with one single account here ?

3) How quick is your support response time

4) would the cpanel including Fantastico be in english - the demo is in some other language

5) Is there any other restriction or Limitation or extra charges in the account which is not mentioned in the features section - Any hidden charges, Small Script or something that i have to pay for on top ?

6) How many Free domains/domain transfers can i have in one account

1) You can send out 200 emails per hour, if you need more than this we
suggest you use a service like www.aweber.com , this is the same one we
use. Notice, even VodaHost does not send email from its own servers. It is
too risky...If you get labeled as a spammer the search engines can blacklist
your IP and this will shut you down.
