Offline Order Form Question!!

I am filling out the offline order form. I am getting Package B. Do I pay the whole amount in full or can I pay the $7.95 per month? Please reply asap. Thanks and God bless you.

You have to pay the whole amount, we can not accept monthly payments with the the offline order form.
