I would like to use your service to provide web streaming for my 2 radio stations. Can I increase monthly bandwidth limit to 2000GB ( that would cover running both stations on the one server)? I would use Shoutcast software on the server and need 1 static IP address.

This is not possible on a shared hosting account, you will need to get your own dedicated server.
