I see we can purchase a dedicated SSL, but is there a shared one included?

No we do not offered shared SSL , it is very unprofessional to use a shared SSL and it will hurt your business in the long run.

Not only that, but shared SSL brings its own set of problems and issues that you have NO control over, or cant fix or get fixed, and you generally have to pay MORE to have your store on that platform. Not only that but OUTSOURCED and untrained customer service may also have access to the back door of your shopping cart and can make changes without your permission. Some times they get bored and do it for fun. Trust me from experience it happens.
