I pay for one year and when i get an unswer?

I pay for one year the packet B(95,40$),with moneybookers.I used the offline instruction,I sended the fax at that number and I don't have an answer yet.In the offline form that I fax to you,I choose a domein name for my website.I hope that it will be free.
This is hapend yesterday(28.07.2006).
How much time I must to wait to have my own websiete??
Is it normal to wait so much for activate my acount?
