Can I make An account with you by paying with a debit card?

Hello. I would like to make an account with you but I dont have a credit card. Instead I have a debit card from MasterCard released by the bank BancPost Bucharest, Romania, one of the biggest banks in Romania.

Can I use this debit card to pay with it? I also made payments to 2checkout.com to open an account with them and to GDI, with this debit card, so I would say it is good.
