Hi guys, I have my own submission software. Can I still use this if you are hosting my site as I have been very successfull in the past!

Yes. You can submit in any way you like.

But dont submit unfinished sites. Very bvad idea, Most search engines will remove you from their listings. If for example you have a single page that says New Site Coming Soon
