.gif file not working!

my .gif file is not working. i want it to be viewed in a pop up window and for somereason after i save the new menu system the file itself isn't saved. all people are seeing is a little x where the movie file should be. what am i doing wrong.

Is it a .gif or a movie? When you say .gif I assume that its an ANIMATION, and I would guess its in your linking as to why its not visible. If you post the page where this .gif is supposed to be, I will go look, but I have no idea where its at, so I can't help you there.

Also did you upload the file? thru file manager or ftp to your images folder?
