Importing .csv files to soho databases

Hi, could I import some data (stored on .csv files) to soho database, I mean, is there a massive way to do that not manually one by one...???

Yes, If you get the manual out, it tells you EXACTLY how to do this, and it takes all of maybe 10 minutes to read it and do it.
