Max,
Soho has a photo albumn that sorta does what you are asking about.. On the other hand, You can do a custom include on any page. I often use dreamweaver to build a specific page or layout and then save it as html, then drag the custom include button to a box and upload the file.

With video gets a little trickier and you may have to upload all the additional files your video needs via ftp or the file manager and then all should work as long as your locations are correct and links in the flash or video are correctly called for and uploaded to soho.
