auto responders & cpanel help

Hi,
A bit delayed in asking these quesions but....
1. Is there a way to edit the auto responder email that goes out when an order is placed?

2. Are there tutorials for using the cpanel for a Soho site?

3. Is there a way to do test orders? I've run a couple in Paypal's sandbox but I wish to see more functins I guess.

Thanks anyway Pennies,
I was looking for tutorials for the cpanel, not the site builder, was thinking that would be where I'd get to the auto responders.
