You are much better off making your site and then publishing it all when it's finished. Why do you want a 'site under construction' page? They are not very good, especially if the SE's pick you up whilst that is showing.Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally. -

If you are using soho when you set it up the first time it says that. If not, then go to your home page and put something to that effect on there.
Soho doesnt give an option to build first and show later, its live on the server!
