The button for deleting files doesnt take effects

Hi all again me,
Probably you are tired to answer my questions. I appolgize for that.
I cannot delete files that i have uploaded before.
I have files swf extension which i normally use to rotate my pics in flash get.
I have for expmaple files named clothes.swf and Clothes.swf. So when i give to delete clothes.swf it doesnt take effect. I have taken out all files in use and again tried to delete the one that i do not want. But it doesnt take effect.I tried with PHP files or images, but the same thing happens.
I notice that sometimes if i work too many hours with soho and it doesnt take effects to the new pages or to the editing of my pages. Do you know what that could be?
If you go to the www.turbobulgaria.com and you will see that i have the analog clock, but still it hasen't taken an effect to take out my previous live clock. So you see both of them, where actually only the analog is put on my index page.
I will appreciate your ideas.

You need to drag the garbage can to the box you want to delete on the page.

Also.. make sure you have updated and you run the fix my permissions in the IT under the help tab.
