Custom soholaunch template PDF

I'm in the process of switching over to soholaunch and was wondering if anyone has a copy of the Juan PDF for creating a custom template. I'm not trying to do anything fancy just want my company logo at the top of the page and a nice wood color back ground.

Check the soho launch forum and look for the WIKI. It has all the info there for creating a custom template.
