Inserting a Forum Into SoHo......???

Hey everyone!
Has anybody found a good way to insert a forum (blog type) into Soho?
It seems like there are endless numbers of products out there (none offered from Soho?) that I can use, and picking one seems a bit daunting.

Has anyone successfully put a discussion forum into their SoHo site and if so how did you go about doing it?

Unless there is a specific forum application made for integration with soho (I have never heard of one), its not something you will be able to just insert into your site. You can install any number of forum or blog scripts onto your site, but they are completely separate from Soho, they are not going to be something you can edit with soho.
