SOHO no images

I can't see any images on my site. I reinstalled soho, lost everything and still can't see anything.

everything has RED X including the soho admin menu

Well you have to log in and set a template up first. Make sure you didnt apply HOTFIX to protect images or something as that will really screw things up.
