K if this not the right thread then i'm sorry... this is driveing me crazzy im trying to edit a html code into my html site..plz somebody help me on this one

Simply download FrogJS1.1.zip, and refer to example.html for the code to add to your page.

some one explane what does this mean please?

It means look at their example on that page on how to add your pictures to the light gallery and where to put the codes in the html on your page. When you are done... you must upload that page where you put the codes and the js script they gave you in the zip file.
