Do I use soholaunch for this????

I want to have people:

1. Come to my Blue Voda site (http://drmikemiller.com),
2. Enter their email address on my site,
3. Automatically save their address,
4. Automatically send them a file or two (probably in doc format),
5. Save the list so that I can later send announcements, etc., in mass.

I have NO idea if this is whee to ask these questions?
I have NO idea what to call this, let alone know where to look?

Do I use soholaunch for this? Regardless, please direct me to relevant tutorials, posts, etc.

You could use soho for this but you dont have to.

Well.. I dont know exactly what youd call it either other than collecting an email list and using auto responders and auto membership set up. Newsletter management system?
