So before I can use Soho I need a domian name or not? How can start to build a page with soho?

Well whether or not you need a NEW domain name depends on what you are doing.. but yes you NEED a domain.

Soho is an ONLINE builder meaning you need hosting, a domain, and have installed it on the server.. then you can begin to work with it.. please see the tutorials at the beginning of this section of the forum.. they will answer your questions on HOW TO BUILD A PAGE
