Its usually the same as your 'publishing' password. If you don't know what that is, submit a support ticket.

The site is soho...i dunno if she means soho password or control panel password.. so.. <shrug>

If its control panel.. then put in a support ticket

If its soho.. go to forum.soholaunch.com and do a search there.. for finding your password.. I believe you can retrieve it from your database
