images loaded but not showing

I am in soho builder and I am working on my contact us page. Just as a test I was trying to add images and seems like I did so successfully except when I clicked on view webpage the images do not show. When I added the images the words moved over on the page so I assume the image is there but I cannot see it. Then I tried to move the image to another place and it seems like that made a difference because the words moved over where the pic was. Seems like my pics are there but not visible. I read around and went to CP and turned of the hot links (disabled it) and I still cannot see the pic. The image shows up in my file manager.

I read about clearing the cache but I do not know exactly how to do this.

Any suggestions.

You need to .. update the store, put in the ftp info in admin and fix permissions in the IT section under help.
