Can a FTP be used to download pictures into Soholaunch?

If so can you PLEASE tell me how I have looked everywhere and cant find any information.

I know how to use a FTP but going into a cpanel and have no idea how to do it with SOHO.

Its takes way to long to load pictures one at a time and just need a faster way.

try the images folder
