Logging into Soholaunch, former BV user

    Hello,
I have read all the tutorials, and searched the forums, and I still need help. I just transfered from BV to Soho, and can't seem to get into soho?!
    I tried putting in http://www.loveitshop.com/sohoadmin.
but it didn't come out like it was suppose to with a login and password.
Please tell me what else I need to do!
    Thank you,
    Tracie

Re: Logging into Soholaunch, former BV user

I am currently in the cpanel, using the wizard. I already have an outlook account, and don't know which one I have, how can I make sure it is the same one?! I tried to look in my e-mail, and couldn't find anything to tell me which one I use? I am pretty sure it is outlook express, pop3.
It asked me if I wanted to run or save and all this other stuff so I canceled and am back on the screen with all the options for e-mail.
What in the world? So now, I just clicked home b/c I am not even logged into Soho, so I am just waiting now.

Can't anyone help? I have 3 jobs, and can really only work on my site on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I don't want my site to be down all weekend!!!!

I couldn't download it b/c I was already an account holder. It makes more sense to do the download on a clean slate w/Fantastico in the cpanel.
I seriously am confused b/c I followed the instructions from the tutorials "login to soho", but alas, it doesn't work?!
Thank you for taking the time to help(:

I would, but only one is allowed per account! Trust me, I have already weighed that option!!! I really only have today to work on it, so it just makes me upset my site will be down for 4 days. I can attempt to work on it after my other jobs, but who wants to do that? Plus, it has almost been 2 hours since I have asked for help, but nobody can seem to help):

                  heehee. You would think so(:
Trust me, I have been investigating the switch for 2 weeks now, and was trying to get all the answers so this wouldn't happen!!!
I guess everything in my life has to be difficult(:
Whatever though, my big break is around the corner... with or w/o a website lol!!!
Thank you for responding to all my messages though, at least you are trying to help

Delete your bv files and install soho.. or install soho to a subdomain or an addon domain. The latter will require you also purchase an additional domain name.

Log into cpanel, file manager -public_html to delete the files.
