Inline Frames and Pay Pal

Greetings- I am currently using Blue Voda as my main web builder and am displaying my Soholaunch ecommerce items through an inline frame. This seems to be working great up until the customer is routed from Soho over to Pay Pal. For whatever reason Pay Pal does not link up in my inline frame.

The transactions work seamlessly while using Safari or Firefox browsers but does not work using Internet Explorer.

Does anyone have any ideas or workarounds for my IE customers?
