Cant position items on page.

I am building my web site and my problem is that any content I place on the pages appears to be locked in the grids. I cannot move things exactly where I want them and therefore have too much space between items or I cannot center, etc., Am I stuck with this or can I override the grids, or what....HELP!

go to View > uncheck Snap to Grid

Thank you for your response. I am working on pages in Sololaunch and I cannot find View. I guess I need more help.

I think you'll find that Soholaunch uses fluid pages (if thats the right word) so the page will expand to fit the monitor you are viewing it on, hence why you are seeing so much space. I expect if you view your site using a small monitor or reduce the browser window you are viewing it in, you will notice that it'll squeeze together.
