Using XLS Excel file in soho

Can anyone help?

I need to let visitors to my web site can search in my XLS Excel format file that has two columns one for the countries name and other for the rates, so when the visitor set a county name in search box, he get the rate for this country

also I need to post this search box function in product more information page, how can I do that?
