soho install on windows SSOO close,, HELP !! :)

hello,
i have a fresh system [ xp pro sp3 ] loaded up and installed xampp 1.7.3,
when i bring up the xampp pannel and hit the apache and mysql admin buttons all works fine and get sent to working links ...

BUT i dropped the installsoholaunch.php file in the c:\xampp\htdocs directory and i get a nice screen with the soho web builder logo BUT THATS IT,, hhheeplllppp lol,,
I been trying some things but i am very stuck ad frustrated..!!
im wondering if i got the right location to put the file in or the right file for windows...??
