error msg when installing soho to subdomain

I created a subdomain in which to install Soholaunch (I want to use it as the shopping cart for my BV site). I choose the subdomain, an admin username & a password. When I click install, I get this message:

What do I need to do to install it?

This is a Database error. There is nothing you can do as the DB and relevant username / password / permissions should have been automatically created.
