ChangingTxt files to HTML and Opening HTML to change custom plates

    Hello-The Golden Seniors here-
    http://www.goldenseniordays.com

Would could use some suggestions on a better way to change txt files to html files. We are unploading our text files to the file manager and then right clicking on the down arrow. This opens a window that says "save target as" and this allows you to save the txt file as a html file to your desk top. Most times this works but at other times it will only allow you to save the file as a txt file. Any suggestion here would be helpful. Also-
we have been looking for a way to add html codes to our custom plates ie (to add background color etc) any directions here would be much appreciated.
Love reading the FAQ,s-and it never fails -I forget what we were looking for-must write these things down---lolol

It should always work, all you are doing is changing the files extension.
