Need Soho Editing Guidance

I downloaded a word document containging references at this location

You will notice that some of the text in the right hand column is not aligned. I doubled checked the download and it is aligned correctly. I've edited the page several times in Soho making very sure to save the changes, however when I view the website the alignment is not correct.

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong and how to correct the alignment?
