help with osCommerce tutorial

Please help. I am attempting to add an e commerce page and am having a difficult time fully understanding the tutorial, because I cannot hear anything when it is playing. (all other ones work fine)
Is there a known problem with the sound on this specific file?

Can you help me with this.
I accidentally deleted a page from my laptop. It is still in my C-Panel.
Can you walk me through how to get it from C-Panel to the computer.
