Admin Panel Password Help

I built a store with OsC and everything was fine. I used the same Admin username and Password the who time. I completed the build and being it was a Dealer only store the directory needed to be password protected. So I went in there my Cpanel and password protected the Folder. It works I can not get to the store with out the username and password.

But now I can't get logged into the Admin. for OSC. Any help with this?
Where do I need to go to reset the username and password if I need too.

You should open a support ticket so we can retrieve your username and password, please be sure to include the installtion URL and the username and password for the password protected directory.
