Hi there,
I am using paypal for my shopping cart.
Here's my question. If you have only one item of a paticular product, it could be possible that two customers will try to order the same product before you can put a "sold" notice on the item or delete the item once it is sold before another customer attempts to purchase it.
I have found no way in Paypal to have be able to put how many are in inventory.
Do any of the shopping carts allow you to put in the number of the products you have in inventory and then will automatically subtract from that when a purchase is made?
If not, how do you deal with the possibility that you may have two customers wanting to purchase an item you have only one of?
This has not happened yet to me, but I think it would be a disaster if it did.
Any suggestions?
