Soholaunch check out button problem

I used soholaunch to build my website. Everything works fine, but when you click on the checkout button after adding your purchase to the shopping cart nothing happens. It goes to "Internet Explorer cannot display webpage". Did i miss a step somewhere? I am using paypal and thought that was already set up? Must not be. Please help! This has been driving me crazy.

Yes.. did you set up a processor in your settings in the shopping cart? Do you have SSL installed.. did you put in the path to SSL there by the cc?
