My business provides delivery around the city with a shipping fee set according to zone/location. As far as I can see, my only options on paypal are a flat shipping rate or a percantage. Can you help me with this, please?

However, since I have very basic html knowledge (and am therefore building my website using the amazing BV) I am completely clueless as to what to do about the above!
Does anyone know shipping2 and how I can arrange the fees per location?
