I want give my customers free shipping if they buy 2 or more products. I have put in a "add to cart" button and it only gives me one option for shipping costs. How do I have them pay shipping for one product and free shipping for 2 or more? Thank you!

I don't believe PayPal offers this option, even if creating code on the PayPal website.
You would have to use a customized coding that is not offered or supported by PayPal. Try a Google Search to possibly find one that both works and that you can use by importing it into your page.
