Domain Transfer

My question is when you transfer a domain do you have to add it in cpanel as a addon domain ? Do you publish to the same IP?

Yes, any additional domains on your account that is not the main initial domain you used when you created your hosting account will be an addon domain. The IP will be the same, but the publishing location will be different
