If it's not too late, I recommend the php method over the iframe - it is more se friendly. But the drop down is still not se friendly.
You do need to make all these links able to be read by the se's somewhere/some how - which means text links at the bottom of the page - or as I also suggested on the first page - make sure that the top selection is a link - means more pages, but will give you the opportunity to give more information to people and bots.
And, you are gaining experience daily :)
